Message from the Chief Executive Officer

It is both an honor and a responsibility to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Builders Foundation (CBF). My journey with CBF began more than a decade ago, when I had the privilege of proposing and organizing various programs in sports, education, and community empowerment in collaboration with the Foundation’s banner. During those years, I witnessed firsthand the impact that CBF could bring to communities when vision, resources, and compassion were aligned.

Today, I step into this leadership role with deep humility and gratitude. This is not just a continuation of my personal journey—it is an extension of the enduring vision of our late founder, Datuk Seri G. Palanivel, and the steadfast commitment of our President, Datin Seri Kanagam, to uphold his legacy. Their trust in appointing me is not only a great honor, but also a reminder of the responsibility we all share to serve the people with transparency, integrity, and purpose.

Moving forward, CBF will remain anchored in its mission to uplift and empower communities, but we will also expand our reach through collaborations with like-minded organizations, both locally and internationally. By building partnerships, we open doors to innovative programs that address the evolving needs of our people—from grassroots education to youth development, from sports empowerment to senior wellness.

I believe strongly that the strength of CBF lies in our collective spirit. No one individual or organization can drive change alone, but together, we can create sustainable impact. As CEO, my role is to serve as a bridge between communities, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that every initiative we embark on brings us closer to a more inclusive and empowered society.

I invite all stakeholders—corporate partners, government agencies, NGOs, and individuals—to walk this journey with us. Let us honor the legacy of our founder by building a transparent, trustable, and impactful foundation that continues to inspire hope, uplift lives, and create lasting change for generations to come.
